Blaster’s Forms

Dear 2020 Applicant,

In an effort to reduce burden on business and increase staff efficiency, State Fire is evaluating all processes, modifying applications, and creating a user friendly online submittal process. As a result, State Fire is issuing this “Letter of Authorization” (LOA) to continue operations under your current 2019 license and/or permit.

This LOA is valid until June 1, 2020, or until you receive notice of a new online submittal process and expiration date, whichever event occurs first.  You may also supply a copy of this LOA as needed to interested parties (distributors, other licensees/permit holders, or AHJ’s). I apologize for the delay in communication and assure you our office is working to diligently to create the new process.

Individuals seeking initial licensing and or new permits may contact me by email to receive a PDF application for processing.

If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to contact me at Shawn.Stickle@llr.sc.gov or 803-834-0944 (cell).
